what a workplace day looks like
Two weeks out
We send a one-page notice and sign-up sheet. You circulate it and confirm 8–10+ participants.
Visit day
We set up in a meeting room. Each employee gets a 20–30 minute slot for an exam and frame selection.
Follow-up
We return to fit and adjust finished glasses on-site, and bill each person's insurance directly.

Do you bill my insurance directly?
Yes — we bill most major insurance providers directly for both exams and eyewear, so you only pay any remaining balance.
What's the minimum for a workplace or residence visit?
A minimum of 8–10 patients per visit. We'll help you with a sign-up sheet and a short notice to circulate to staff or residents.
Do you offer safety eyewear?
Yes. We supply CSA Z94.3-compliant prescription and non-prescription safety glasses with side shields and high-impact lenses, and can run an on-site clinic for your workforce.
